I came in during a break and was in a hurry. I needed an emissions test and I was second in line. Employees accidentally let a car that came after me in before me. I complained and Julian came out and apologized for the mistake, got me right in and quickly got me out. I was treated very well by both Julian and Syncere, they were courteous, clear communicators, skilled at their jobs and I respect when a place is willing to own a mistake (a very small one) and go out of their way to make it right. Thanks Julian and Syncere! I have never been to this location and now I'll keep going back just because of these two guys.
I've been a jiffy lube customer for as long as I can remember. Their system was down for omission tests and so they said I'd have to come back later. On my way home I saw Take 5 and thought why not. My registration has just expired and I didn't want to wait any longer. My experience at Take 5 was phenomenal. Phenomenal service, good prices, and i didnt feel like they were trying anything possible just for an extra buck. store manager runs a tight ship to make sure the teams are meeting their time and safety goals. I was helped by a few people but JD is who stood out the most. It was JD specifically that has made me a Take 5 customer from now on. Jiffy who?
I visited the Take 5 located at approximately Redwood Rd & 4100 S in Taylorsville, UT. I had the best service! All the tecinitions were very friendly. I was given an ice cold bottle of water upon entering into line. I only waited about 5 minutes before I was pulling into a stall. I had my oil changed, and my emmissions and registration completed in about a half an hour. One of the best parts was I waited in my car while the completed the work. All the techs seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. They topped off all my fluids and checked my windshield whippers. They didn't try to push any extras on me at all. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to my friends. Thank all if you for your friendly and courteous service!
