As a woman, I usually dread getting my oil changed because it can sometimes feel like people assume I don't know anything about cars. But let me tell you, this location is hands down the best! From the moment I pulled up, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and communicative. Even while they were helping other customers, they acknowledged me right away, let me know they'd be with me shortly, and even handed me a nice cold bottle of water. It was such a thoughtful touch. From start to finish, they kept me informed about everything they were doing and explained what my car needed without making me feel talked down to or pressured. The customer service was exceptional, and the whole experience was quick, easy, and stress-free. This team absolutely earned a 5-star review. I'll definitely be coming back! Shout outs to Jonathan, Sean, and Manager Jessica!
Came in to get my oil changed, I was last in line and they informed me it might be a while before it’s my turn, I in fact wasn’t waiting very long at all because these guys and gals are very efficient at what they do and I will be back next time I need my vehicle to be serviced. They make sure your tire pressure is good, they show you the condition of your air filter, they show you oil conditions before and after the change, they help you reset you’re car’s oil sensor, they update you on costs before taking action as well, giving their customers the option to have control of what they are actually paying for. Thanks for being the best on a very busy day at that!
I was helped by Michael C and Jessica, and they did amazing from start to finish! Extremely kind and friendly, both techs made sure to help us get exactly what was necessary for our car - no more no less. They went above and beyond trying to ensure my car was ready and I was aware of other issues I may face with the car, as well as letting me know all the future perks that come with the oil change. I am very grateful for their quick and excellent service, especially in this heat!!!!
