Courteous. Honest. Respectful. Arriving to a busy bay with crew working together like a well oiled machine. I waited for my turn and I noticed the interactions between the crew. Not rushing...doing their jobs with a confidence and integrity...which took a life of itself, in my mind.... like a group of choreographed dancers, entertaining me as I waited for service. The cone before me removed & I was waved in....Rico introduced himself, and informed me of every step during my oil change. Cold water was offered. I kindly declined. Overall, I received exceptional informative service. Drove away knowing.... I'd be back. Thank you
Rico and Luke were excellent! Despite the chilly weather, Luke greeted me and offered me a water bottle, and Rico took care of my car. My expectations are usually pretty low with these quick oil change places, but Rico was thorough, knowledgeable, and he went the extra mile to take care of our car. They even offer a free 3,000 mile fluid check and top-up, which is perfect for high mileage / older cars. I used an online coupon, which helped with price. Will be coming back again soon. Update: another great oil change experience by Gerardo!
