What an awesome experience! Talon has amazing customer service. He made sure we were taken care of from coordinating services to helping us save money by walking us through finding a coupon . What an amazing customer service experience offered by Talon. Seriously ! Then not to mention Derrick ! He went under the car to remove the severely damaged skid plate. (This was out of the kindness of his soul and completely out of his job description as we were there for.an oil change.) Yet he did not complain and made an example of what it looks like to go above and beyond. I couldn't thank them enough. I've been holding off on an oil change and they handled it with grace . The skid plate was a complete eye sore and they again handled it . I will be back . I been to so many take 5 locations and have never had an experience like this ! I'm thankful they are my neighborhood take 5 ! Keep up the hard work guys ! It's very appreciated! Derrick and Talon are the best !

They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything my vehicle needed without making me feel pressured. What really impressed me was that they caught an issue caused by my previous oil change company that no one had ever pointed out. They explained exactly what happened and made sure I was taken care of and safely back on the road. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Talon and Luke truly went above and beyond. Thank you both for providing a five-star customer service experience! I genuinely appreciate everything you did for me. I highly recommend this Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for honest, professional, and exceptional service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail.
