I stopped after work and Mr. Matthew and Mr. Christ checked everything in my car they did what was necessary, super polite and I got explained what I needed to know, answered all questions and they truly got it done rapidly. The shop to my surprise was very clean I saw Mr. Matthew mapping the floors when i arrived and they seem to work as a team to accomplish my car being taking care. I definitely will return I got here at 7:00 and it was not line so it was so easy and well done. I can see the dedication and effort to give me a great customer service and I really appreciate that. Beautiful clean shop and absolutely respectful attitude. 🏅Note: I was reading the reviews and I came across reviews like the second one and to my surprise when I see the person’s profile reviews seems like she leaves 1 star every where she goes to get her tires 🛞 to get her oil and other places all related to her car! I I am a woman too, But I Educate myself on the type of car 🚙 I drive always so that I learn how to take care of it properly. I don’t go to shops to blame hard working man that are sweating 🥵 all day to take care of OUR CARS. We should drive more carefully and Don’t hit the big bumps on the road and keep continuous maintenance and check so we don’t have to go until is all Ruined and messed up to blame on others for our own lack of care and knowledge. I learned how to take care of my car since I was 13 years old thanks to my father and I can tell you all that 89%of this bad reviews come from lack of Proper Driving skills! And self checking even when you park at any store someone can crash 💥 the supermarket shopping 🛒 car in to your car then you go get your oil change and blame on them. Maybe next time you should get out of your cars SWEAT 😓 standing out like they do instead of sitting comfortably inside just to blame hard working people at all shops just because you don’t know how to do it yourself. So with that being say Thank you all for working so hard all day in the Heat and cold weather for us to have our cars running.

Nobody enjoys having to spend time & money on their car. I pulled up to Take 5 & was immediately greeted with a cold bottle of water & super warm welcome. It’s 110 outside & these employees took the time to answer my dozen questions regarding my oil change & inspection needs. They weren’t pushy with their add-on recommendations, just genuinely cared to offer the best options for my car’s age/mileage. They are not the closest service center to my home or work but I will definitely only be using this Lewisville Take 5 location for all of my family’s vehicles from now. THANK YOU for making a stressful day a little less frustrating!

My first time here. The visit was worth it. Great friendly service. They hand me a cold bottle of water while waiting. Reasonable price, I chose Premium with 10,000 miles next oil change. Hoping to reach winter season by then before next oil change. They did other liquid and filter checks, and cleaned the windshield.
