Really good, fast and friendly. Had a disappointing issue the day before where I got there about 40 minutes before closing but couldn't get in and wasn't told that until after I had waited but went the next day and experienced the usual excellent, quick, and friendly service with one good natured rib about getting in early so it was just a one off when they were short staffed and we've all had days like that when despite doing the best under the circumstances not everyone can be accommodated because of circumstances beyond our control like being down manpower, a last minute rush, and the systems automatically closing down at a certain time.
This is the second car I am trusting with the expert technician’s at Take 5 ( near HEB off Pin Oak Rd and I 10 , Katy Texas). This time the tech., Christian, quickly assisted with the oil-Filter change I requested and noticed my air filter was full of pollutants, also checked all tires and other fluids. He also alerted me to an internet offer that saved me 25%. I cannot speak for other locations because I only use this one since it is close (5 miles) from my home.
I had just got off a bad day at work and heading home for a long drive in traffic when my oil change warning came up and my engine saying it was too hot. Not what I needed. But I looked for the closest place online and found Take 5 to be the one. I pulled in and within 10 minutes the two fine young men called me forward and asked me what option I’d like. Once I did, they got to work and were the most polite, entertaining, and enjoyable part of my week. They had brightened my day with some playful jokes and silly banter. My only downside was having to get on my way. I only wish I had remembered their names, cause frankly, I’d drive way out of my way from Cypress or Pearland just to have my oil changes serviced by them again. Thank you gentlemen for perfect service with a healthy helping of good feelings and fun!
