I was satisfied with my experience at the Frisco location. All staff were professional and provided water bottles to customers given the heat index. They were timely and efficient. My mechanic was a young man who had exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, asked questions, explained each service, and discussed future recommendations & timelines. It’s a bit pricey in my opinion but these things have to done. I’ve only used this business for my oil changes since relocating to TX earlier this year.
Three lanes with 3 to 4 cars in each lane with only three guys in one gal working I was in and out of there and under a half an hour, and I can’t tell you how impressed I was with Blain. 106° outside 6:30 PM and those four were HANDLING BUSINESS With genuine, good attitudes. I honestly have never seen anything like this. You guys are awesome. There’s no chance I’ll ever get my oil changed anywhere else as long as I’m within about 25 miles at this place.
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Hickory Street in Frisco. Mikey took care of my service, and he was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, patient, and never made me feel rushed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed me the air filters when he changed them so I could see exactly what was being done. Mikey’s customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. He made the entire experience easy and pleasant. Take 5 is fortunate to have him on their team. I will definitely return and highly recommend asking for Mikey!
