Just want to give a shout-out to Damon for his perseverance and patience while dealing with the representative from Hertz while trying to get the oil change they said should have already been approved, actually approved, which took some clever problem solving on his part. I very much appreciated his willingness to get on the phone and sort it out while I was there instead of me having to try and figure it out on my end. Very friendly staff and everything was very quick and painless once the approval was sorted.

The service was fast, efficient, and thorough, and he made sure I understood the condition of my vehicle before I left. I ended up here because the Denton location told me they were out of the oil my vehicle needed—only to find out it wasn’t even the correct oil type for my car. Needless to say, I’m glad I made the trip. Jalen was AWESOME! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was properly taken care of.
