I had an excellent experience getting my car’s oil changed at this shop! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The team is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They truly care about their customers and take pride in providing high-quality service. Everything was done quickly without sacrificing quality, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. It’s nice to find a business that values its customers, treats them with respect, and goes above and beyond to do an exceptional job. I will definitely be coming back whenever my car needs an oil change. Highly recommended! If you’re looking for honest, professional, fast, and reliable service, this is definitely the place to go. Thank you for the fantastic service! Keep up the great work!
I went for an oil change and they immediately offered me a bottle of water! They were professional and courteous. Showed me my engine air filter and was honest about it not needing to be changed. They Asked if I wanted other services, but were NOT PUSHY when I declined. As someone who really understands cars, but probably doesn’t look like it, I appreciated the way these three guy talked to me about maintenance. Left for a 500mi trip the next day and the car ran fabulously. Would recommend.
The Take 5 Oil Change on Signal Mountain Rd experience was just awesome. The staff there are so professional in the services they provide very thorough in their work. It was a first oil change in our 2017 Jeep Compass which we purchased a while back. The oil was changed and our air filter as well. Please visit this location & Kudos to Danny & Paris job well done!?
