Ace is amazing!!! All staff were knowledgeable, prompt and courteous but I’m impressed with how Ace was so honest with what I needed, what could wait, and how long. This is how you get repeat customers. They noticed issues with my vehicle and recommended a mechanic they know will get it done with reasonable prices. They didn’t rush and walked me through their entire process. Amazing. Glad I found this gem. Please give the guys a raise!!
This is the 3rd time I have visited Take 5 for an oil change. All 3 of the guys working there were pleasant, focused and efficient. While I waited in the car, I was able to ask one man some questions about my car and was given some good advice. These guys made me feel welcomed and confident that I was getting what I paid for without pushing for additional work. I highly recommend Take 5 for a fast and efficient oil change.
The experience was great. The employees were polite and explained their services. They showed me my air filter, which had been replaced less than a year ago and said it was still very clean and didn'tneed to be replaced. The work was done quickly and they offer services included with the oil change that others do not. I have already recommended them to some friends and coworkers.
