I needed an oil change for my Macan at the last minute. I was getting ready to take a trip and my oil change service light came on. I wasn’t sure if they would be able to get me in, because it was almost closing time. But these guys took great care of me and had me back on the road in about 35 minutes. What really stood out was how meticulous they were. They took their time to make sure everything was done properly, yet still got me in and out quickly. They were friendly, helpful, and never tried to sell me things I didn’t need. I was able to stay in my car and catch up on phone calls. It was 95° outside, so they gave me a cold bottle of water while I waited. If you’re looking for honest, efficient, and genuinely friendly service, I definitely recommend giving these guys a try. I’ll absolutely be back!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change getting my 2017 Mercedes-Benz C300 serviced. Ethan was extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s always nice finding someone who takes pride in their work and treats your vehicle like it matters. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend Ethan and the Take 5 team!
I absolutely love Take 5, every time I have to change oil in different states. Here in Ohio, every worker was so nice, they explained me about a synthetic oil & filter my car needed, and gave me a discount. They also pointed out at the breaking washing liquid tank, which I was super grateful. It is time to replace it and I wouldn't know if they would've not show me.
