Went to Southport’s Take 5 oil change today and it was amazing service. Took 30 min but that was me also waiting for another car in front of me. I was handed water and a snack while I waited, and the crew once inside was top notch. AJ explained and answered all of my questions as this was my first time at this company. Jailyn, Jordan and Tyler where very efficient in making sure all fluids where good. I will be sending the rest of my vehicles to this company from now on.. Big shout out to just acknowledging that I was there once I pulled up and explained they would get to me next. It’s hard to find great service anymore, but this team Aced it . Update: in and out in 10 min.. awesome service still
I had a great experience at Take 5! They took care of my oil change, wiper blades, cabin air filter, and engine air filter all in one visit. The team (Jimmy, Jonah, Steve & Chris) was helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy and convenient. I really appreciate being able to get everything taken care of in one stop without the hassle. Great service and a team that makes you feel taken care of! I’ll definitely be back!
I called Today Jonah answered the phone right away and he was so nice. I asked him for a price on a full synthetic oil change for my 2021 Chevy Malibu . He happily got my information and gave me the price of $86 and some change. I could not believe you can get a full synthetic oil change here for that price. I usually go to Greg Hubler dealership in Camby and they charge me much more than that and I have to have an appointment and I always have to wait and I’m usually there an hour and a half to two hours. After Jonah quoted me the price, he offered me a coupon for $15 off. He asked to text it to my phone number. I happily said yes! I asked him if they were very busy he replied they only had three cars At this time. I told him I would see him soon, I showed up in about five minutes. There were three cars in the shop, I Was greeted by young man who brought me a bottle of water and my favorite Reese’s candy!! I only waited a few minutes, and my car was in the bay! I didn’t have to get out of my car like I normally do, and they topped off all my fluids, changed my oil, replaced the oil plug, cleaned my windows, checked my tire pressures and I don’t know what all else but I definitely got the VIP Treatment!! Jonah and his staff were so nice and friendly, very welcoming! This was my first visit here, but from now on, this will be my go to for Oil Changes, they earned my business and I highly recommend them!!!!! Thank you, Jonah!! Excellent Service and customer service!!
