I had such a great experience here, especially thanks to Clark! He went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I had during my oil change, and he did it completely as a courtesy. He was incredibly polite, respectful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire interaction. It’s not often that you come across someone who takes the time to make sure a customer feels taken care of, and Clark truly did that. His customer service was exceptional, and I really appreciate the way he treated me and helped me out. Employees like Clark are a huge asset to any business. Thank you, Clark, for going above and beyond and making my experience such a positive one! I would absolutely recommend this place because of the great service I received.
I was an out of towner, when my service light came on for scheduled oil change(@ 15%)-yikes! Came across this gem of a place and Clark and Damion took great care of me in an efficient/timely manner. They brought to my attention for a need to flush/fill the radiator system. This was over the hot Labor Day weekend and wanted to not overheat the system. I was shown the problem and steps to fix it in a way that made sense. Thank you!
My first time at Take 5 Oil Change after 8 years of taking my car solely to the Toyota dealership. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and a cold water. They also provided a juice box and fruit snacks for my son. Not once did I feel the usual sales tactics that I do at the dealership. I loved the way the men here explained things to me when I didn’t fully understand. I’ve definitely found my new spot for oil changes! Want to give a shoutout to Don, Marco, Emilio, and Edwin!
