Taking my car to Take 5 is like having my own professional pit crew! I appreciated the serious attention to detail. They double check important things like... Making sure your oil plug is back in securely, and that the correct amount of oil has been added and that the engine compartment is ready to be closed up. You KNOW it's done right at Take 5. I downloaded a coupon off their website which made the price good. Huge thanks to the gentleman who checked my air filter and windshield wiper blades and said they were in good shape and no need to replace them. This gave me confidence that they are on my side. My cabin air filter was super dirty and I accepted their recommendation to replace it and the discount on the filter made it an easy decision. Thanks. I'll be back.
I visited this location earlier today, and the entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. I was greeted immediately, and service began promptly. The staff were courteous and genuinely committed to providing the best possible experience for their customers. Zion did an excellent job explaining what to expect throughout the service and made me aware of the Top Off service, something I hadn't been informed of during previous visits. I also appreciated that I never felt pressured into unnecessary upsells. Keep up the great work!
I had a wonderful experience with Take 5; my low engine oil light came on and my vehicle shut down. I pulled over and popped my hood and my oil was low. I went on over to Take 5 and Tyre along with the team informed me of my options after checking my oil dipstick. I really appreciate the time he took to educate me on the color of my oil, the level, along with my options to move forward. Thank you for a quick and easy finish on a hot Saturday afternoon. By the way they look like they enjoy what they do up in there! 🙌🏾
