Stopped in on a Thursday just for a quick oul change and Will took great care of me. The team did a full fluid check and Will pulled my carfax report. Luckily he did because I had no idea my differential fluids had never been checked or at the least annotated in my maintenance history. Will asked if he could pull the plugs and check the front and rear differential and the fluid was definitely gross and metal shavings stuck to the magnet. I was told by another auto shop 2 yrs ago that they had done the differential service which I paid well over the take 5 price for, just to find out they lied. I am so glad I stopped in and will definitely pay the extra for my price of mind and the amazing service by the team.
These two are hands down the best maintenance mechanics in the business. Managing a fleet truck means we can't afford downtime or sloppy work, and these two knocked it completely out of the park. They executed a flawless, thorough service on our truck, proving they know exactly what they are doing when it comes to heavy-duty fleet maintenance. I want to give a massive shout-out to Bree in particular. Her communication skills are elite—she walked me through everything clearly, kept me updated, and didn't leave me guessing. Great service! I’ve been to this location multiple times, but this visit truly stood out from the rest. Chris and Bree went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and that I understood everything so I could make informed, confident decisions. They cleaned my windows, and Chris even kindly offered to help remove some trash I had in my front seat. Those extra little touches and their genuine kindness made such a difference! It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in providing excellent service. I highly recommend this location, and a special thank you to Chris and Bree for making this such a great experience!
