Great service, no pressure, common sense, and courteous techs! Highly recommend the new business on Duval Mine road. Cesar, Richard and the crew at Take 5 Oil Change are first class. I got new wipers, an oil change, air filter, tire pressure checked, and fluids checked for less money and time than I could do by myself! Great job! EDIT one year later, my third attempt at an oil change (turned away twice before because they were too busy) and I sat in the bay for 15 minutes while two guys finished a service- well one guy did the work, the other was on his phone. I left. Won't ever return.
The service is exceptional. The two people who assisted me were incredibly kind and took the time to explain every detail of the service, including the type of oil being used and everything that was going to be done to my car. That level of communication is greatly appreciated. There was no waiting time at all—everything was handled amazingly fast, much faster than I expected. I loved the way they work, and above all, the attention, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff. They truly make customers feel valued and well taken care of. 💯 Highly recommended! 😊
This was my first time at Take 5. I had an excellent experience. Carlos and Kevin were polite, professional and informative through the whole process. The oil change was quick and they showed me the dipper to assure me the oil had been replaced, as I had a bad experience elsewhere. They also changed my windshield wipers and tested them to be sure they worked correctly. They reminded me also that I can come in for a check and top off for the first 3000 miles. I do recommend and will return. Thank you for the great service!
