Such a great experience at Take 5 in Florence! Bradley and Parker were both extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I mentioned that my windshield washer fluid hadn’t been spraying, and they actually took the time to figure out what was wrong and FIXED it for me. I had mentioned the same issue at another oil change place previously and was told I’d have to take my vehicle to a body shop. Take 5 handled it right there and didn’t even charge me anything extra for it! They went above and beyond, and I really appreciated the extra time and effort they put in. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I always go here to get my oil changed and every time they go above and beyond to make sure I know what I'm getting, the price, and how it can affect me all while being amazingly friendly and patient with any questions I may have. This more recent visit, Ryan helped me and did an outstanding job in doing all that and more! 10/10 would reccomend to anyone!
Parker and Darius were fantastic. I showed up right at closing time and they brought me into the bay and got my oil changed incredibly quickly with zero push back or attitude that I have received from other businesses when I arrived minutes before closing. I use Take 5 exclusively for oil changes and have no plans to change!
